新时期海外乡亲慈善捐赠的区域比较:广州案例

Urban Overseas Chinese Villages and Rural Overseas Chinese Villages:Regional Comparison of Overseas Charitable Donations in Guangzhou After Reform and Opening Up

中国地域辽阔,幅员广大,侨乡经济发展具有不平衡性、区域性、地方性,慈善事业呈现出明显的地域差异。在此情况下,加强区域研究显然是推进整体研究的重要途径。本文通过对新时期海外乡亲在以广州越秀区为代表的都市侨乡和以番禺区、白云区、花都区为代表的乡村侨乡的捐赠比较研究发现:都市侨乡的海外乡亲宗亲观念淡薄,跨祖籍地捐赠明显,他们大多是港澳企业家,经济实力雄厚,基本上是以企业、基金会、慈善会等结合体的方式捐赠,捐赠总额多,捐赠金额的平均值与最高水平段的捐赠金额高,呈现的往往是理性捐赠。乡村侨乡的海外乡亲宗亲观念浓厚,基本上捐向祖籍地,他们大多以最低限度的社会关系和共同体关系进行捐赠,捐赠的人数多,但捐赠金额的平均值较低,最高水平段的捐赠金额也较少,以感性捐赠为主。都市侨乡和乡村侨乡之间侨捐的个性都打上了该侨乡侨情的烙印。

China has a vast territory and a vast territory.The economic development of overseas Chinese villages is unbalanced,regional and local,and charities show obvious regional differences.In this case,strengthening regional research is obviously an important way to promote overall research.Therefore,this paper selects Yuexiu District in Guangzhou as the representative of the urban overseas Chinese hometown and Panyu District,Baiyun District,Huadu District as the representative of the rural overseas Chinese hometown for comparison,through the comparison of overseas immigrants in urban overseas Chinese hometown and rural overseas Chinese hometown charitable donation activities,to explore the general law and characteristics of overseas immigrants in overseas Chinese hometown charitable donation.Find out the differences between overseas immigrants in urban overseas Chinese villages and rural overseas Chinese villages.
