推进民用燃气立管改造的思考

Thoughts on Promoting the Transforming of Civil Gas Riser

老旧小区厨房内的燃气管道多为镀锌立管,填料多采用麻丝厚白漆。当湿性人工燃气置换为干性天然气后,接口处易干燥龟裂而导致漏气。且房屋经过多次管道改动,室内立管的安全性受到了严重影响。通过对某老小区立管改造工作的实践总结和思考,在技术方案、安装作业、切换移表等方面对工程管理基本方案和相关工作提出了若干看法。

The gas pipeline in the kitchen of old community is mostly filled with galvanized riser,and the filler is mostly made of hemp silk thick white paint.When the wet artificial gas is replaced by dry natural gas,the interface is easy to crack and cause gas leakage.Moreover,the safety of indoor riser has been seriously affected by many pipeline changes.Based on the practice summary and thinking of the riser reconstruction work in an old residential area,the paper puts forward some views on the basic project management scheme and related work in the aspects of technical scheme,installation operation,switching table and so on.
