带旁路隔离开关特殊间隔的电气二次设计

摘要 笔者以老挝会兰庞雅下游水电站为实例,在采用旁路隔离开关的特殊间隔的主接线形式下,分析了特殊接线形式的运行特点、继电保护要求和闭锁要求,重点分析了与常规间隔接线形式下的电气二次设计不同之处,提出了一套电气二次综合解决设计方案。该方案既能够保证电站较高的安全性和稳定性,又具有一定的供电灵活性,对类似工程有一定的参考价值。 Taking Houay Lamphan Gnai downstream hydropower station in Laos as an example,the author analyzes the operation characteristics,relay protection requirements and locking requirements of the special connection form under the main connection form with special interval by-pass disconnector,focuses on the differences between the electrical secondary design under the conventional interval connection mode,and puts forward a set of comprehensive electrical secondary design scheme.The scheme can not only ensure the high safety and stability of the power station,but also has certain power supply flexibility,which has certain reference value for similar projects.
