Research and Application of Open Gear Load Test Device for Dam Crest Gantry Crane of Pingban Hydropower Station

为了降低电站的启闭机载荷试验所需的成本,文章介绍了一种新型的门式启闭机起升机构卷筒开式齿轮载荷试验装置。通过单倍率缠绕钢丝绳法,减少了试验时所需的试块重量,既满足相对特定的检测需要,又达到快速检测效果,为同类部件载荷试验提供了一种新途径。

In order to reduce the cost of the load test of the power station hoist,this paper introduces a new type of open gear load test device for the hoisting mechanism of the gantry crane.Through the method of single rate winding wire rope,the weight of test block needed in the test is reduced,which not only meets the relatively specific detection needs,but also achieves the rapid detection effect,which provides a new way for the load test of similar components.
