摘要
为了确保区域电网的安全稳定运行,需要在区域电网的建设过程中及时发现并处理相关技术问题。文章通过分析区域电网与大电网在稳定运行方面的区别和区域电网在运行中存在的风险,提出了相关技术解决措施,以及机网协调和安稳系统的基本配置和控制策略,总结归纳了在建设区域电网的过程中,对于电源侧、电网侧和负荷侧的相关设备可能遇到的技术问题及其解决方法。对于解决区域电网建设过程中遇到的问题起到一定的参考作用。
In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of regional power grid,it is necessary to find and deal with relevant technical problems in time during the construction of regional power grid.By analyzing the differences between regional power grid and large power grid in stable operation and the risks existing in the operation of regional power grid,this paper puts forward relevant technical solutions,as well as the basic configuration and control strategy of machine-network coordination and stability system,and summarizes the technical problems and solutions that may be encountered in the process of building regional power grid for related equipment on power supply side,power grid side and load side.It plays a certain reference role in solving the problems encountered in the process of regional power grid construction.
