基于大藤峡水电站首台机组辅助设备运行调试分析

Analysis on Operation and Commissioning of Auxiliary Equipment for the First Unit of Datengxia Hydropower Station

大藤峡水电站在首台机组辅助设备的运行调试过程中,发现存在威胁机组运行安全的不合理之处,笔者参照常规电站辅助设备的设计和技改,针对这些安全隐患进行了分析,提出改善机组安全防范的技术措施和建议。同时,对辅助设备调试过程中遇到的共性问题进行总结,为后续左岸机组的技术改造和右岸机组的合理化设计提供参考和借鉴。

During the operation and commissioning of the auxiliary equipment of the first unit of Datengxia Hydropower Station,it is found that there are unreasonable places threatening the operation safety of the unit.Referring to the design and technical transformation of the auxiliary equipment of the conventional power station,the authors analyze these hidden dangers,and put forward technical measures and suggestions for improving the safety and protection of the unit.At the same time,the common problems encountered in the commissioning process of auxiliary equipment are summarized,which can provide reference for the technical transformation of the left bank unit and the rational design of the right bank unit.
