摘要
文章以龙滩电厂1号机组调速系统充油建压为例,建立压力油罐压力与油位的数学模型,精确指导现场充油建压过程。同时通过优化高压气机的运行方式,保证高压气机的高效运行,加快充油建压过程,提高工作效率。该方案为同类型调速系统充油建压提供可行性参考。
Taking the speed control system of unit 1 in Longtan Power Plant as an example,the mathematical model of the pressure and oil level of pressure tank is established to guide the process of oil filling and pressure build-up.At the same time,by optimizing the operation mode of high-pressure compressor,the high-efficiency operation of high-pressure compressor is ensured,the process of oil filling and pressure build-up is accelerated,and the work efficiency is improved.The scheme provides a feasible reference for oil filling and pressure build-up of the same type of speed control system.
