岩滩水电站雨水泵控制系统改造优化

摘要 岩滩水电站雨水泵控制系统2010年由常规控制改为PLC控制,文章对雨水泵控制系统投运后存在的问题及原因进行了分析,对控制电源、自动化元件、双重控制逻辑、控制回路、人机界面及保护功能等方面改造优化情况进行了详细介绍,该设备改造优化后运行效果良好,设备的安全性和可靠性大幅提高,为水电站辅助(附属)设备改造优化提供参考及借鉴。 The rainwater pump control system of Yantan Hydropower Station was changed from conventional control to PLC control in 2010.This paper analyzes the existing problems and reasons after the rainwater pump control system was put into operation,and introduces the transformation and optimization of control power supply,automation components,dual control logic,control circuit,human-machine interface and protection function in detail.After the transformation and optimization,the operation effect is good,and the safety and reliability of the equipment are greatly improved,which provides reference for the transformation and optimization of auxiliary(auxiliary)equipment of hydropower station.
