水力发电机组设备在运行过程中常常会出现渗漏现象,严重影响机组的安全稳定运行,而在水力发电机组设备密封中采用较多的是O型橡胶密封圈。笔者分析了由于O型密封圈导致设备渗漏的原因,得出导致设备运行中存在渗漏的主要原因是密封材质选择不当、规格型号选用不当以及安装工艺差等,提出了选择密封圈的要求、渗漏处理措施以及密封圈安装工艺要求,以确保密封圈在使用中充分发挥密封作用,减少设备渗漏率,提高设备的安全稳定运行。

The leakage phenomenon often occurs in the operation process of hydropower unit equipment,which seriously affects the safe and stable operation of the unit,and O-shape rubber sealing ring is widely used in the sealing of hydropower unit equipment.The author analyzes the causes of equipment leakage caused by O-shape seal ring,and concludes that the main causes of equipment leakage in operation are improper selection of sealing materials,improper selection of specifications and models,poor installation process,etc.,and puts forward the requirements of selecting sealing rings,leakage treatment measures and installation process requirements of sealing rings,so as to ensure that the sealing rings give full play to the sealing function in use,reduce the leakage rate of equipment and improve the safe and stable operation of equipment.
