摘要
高压变频器广泛应用于电厂生产中,发电厂对高压变频设备的可靠性要求非常高,但很多生产厂家将变频器设计简化,不能满足用户的可靠性要求。阐述了某发电厂1台6kV高压变频器故障跳闸的原因及处理过程,分析了该高压变频器设计存在的问题,并提出了改进意见。
High voltage converter is widely used in the production in power plants and power plants have very high requirements for reliability on high voltage converter.However,many manufacturers simplify the design of the converter,which cannot meet the requirements of users on reliability.In this paper,the tripping fault of a 6 kV high voltage converter in a power plant is expounded in terms of causes and treatment process.Problems existing in the design of the high voltage converter are analyzed,and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
