炉水氢电导率增大分析及采取的措施

摘要 针对同煤漳泽电力河津发电分公司空冷机组汽水水质异常情况,指出峰冷却凝汽器泄漏是造成水质异常、各水质氢电导率高的主要原因,旧树脂粉失效且在运行中有溶出物是造成水质异常的另一原因。通过将4号机尖峰冷却系统退出运行和更换粉末树脂粉的整改措施,4号机水质逐渐恢复正常,锅炉停止大量排污,汽水损耗明显降低。 In order to deal with the abnormal steam water quality condition of air cooling unit in Hejin Power Generation Branch of Datong Coal Mine Group Zhangze Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,it is pointed out that leakage in peak cooling condenser is the main cause for the water quality to become abnormal and the water hydrogen conductivity to get higher.The invalidity of used resin powder and the dissolved substance produced in operation is another cause for abnormal water quality.By quitting the peak cooling system and changing resin powder of No.4 unit,the water quality of No.4 unit becomes normal,massive boiler blow-off stops and the consumption of steam water decreases obviously.
