肛门直肠畸形并肠穿孔死亡医疗损害鉴定1例

One Case of Medical Damage Identification on Death from Anorectal Malformation and Intestinal Perforation

文章据对一例先天性肛门闭锁致肠穿孔死亡所引发之医疗损害侵权案的鉴定,指出医方对该病状引发致死性急腹症的高风险预估不足、过度依赖于腹部体征变化、对低位肛门直肠畸形并肠梗阻病情变化的客观影像征象改变重视不足,终致患者错过早期手术干预治疗而死亡。

Based on a case of medical injury infringement identificaiton on the death of intestinal perforation due to congenital anal atresia,this paper points out that doctor's underestimation of the high risk of acute and fatal abdominal disease caused by this condition,excessive reliance on abdominal changes,and insufficient attention to the objective imaging signs of low anorectal malformations and changes of intestinal obstruction lead to patients'missing early surgical intervention and died in the end.
