摘要
局部晚期直肠癌的标准治疗方式为术前放疗联合手术治疗,术前放疗包括长程放疗与短程放疗两种方式。两种方式各有利弊,本文就相关文献及指南进行综述,以为直肠癌术前放疗方式的选择提供依据。
The standard treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer is radiotherapy followed by surgery.The preoperative radiotherapy includes short-course radiotherapy and long-course radiotherapy,which has its advantages and disadvantages respectively.This article review literatures and guidelines to offer evidence of the treatment.
