新建地方本科院校申报硕士学位授权单位研究——以陕西省为例

Research on Authorized Units for Applying for Master Degrees in Newly Established Local Colleges——Taking Shaanxi Province as an Example

新建地方本科院校在应用型人才培养、科学研究、社会服务中发挥着重要作用。出于高层次人才培养、服务区域经济社会发展、优化学科布局、突破发展瓶颈等需要,新建地方本科院校有必要开展硕士学位授权单位建设工作。新建地方本科院校开展硕士专业学位授权点建设,应紧密围绕对接地方需求、打造优势特色学科、集聚科研教育资源、实施联合培养、构建卓越师资队伍及创新人才培育模式等进行谋划和推进。

Newly-built local undergraduate colleges play an important role in applied talent training,scientific research,and social services.For the needs of high-level talent training,serving regional economic and social development,optimizing the layout of disciplines,and breaking through development bottlenecks,it is necessary for newly-built local undergraduate colleges to carry out the construction of master’s degree authorization units.To establish master’s degree authorization points,we should think,plan and promote on these ways,such as closely focusing on meeting local needs,creating advantageous and characteristic disciplines,gathering scientific research and educational resources,implementing joint training,building an excellent faculty team,etc.
