吴大澂与晚清关学

Wu Dacheng,Who Promoted the Confucianism with Its Branch——Guan Xue in the Late Qing Dynasty

吴大澂是晚清著名的金石学家。他在督学陕西时不仅提倡程朱之学,而且还非常重视关学的传承与发展。他上疏朝廷将关学前贤李元春写入《儒林传》并表彰关中学者贺瑞麟和杨树椿,还奏请清代关学代表人物王建常从祀孔庙。此外,吴大澂还通过立碑题文、为关学著述作序等方式激励关中士子的向学之风。就举措与影响而论,吴大澂为传统关学在晚清的最后一次复兴做出了重要贡献。

Wu Dacheng is a famous a famous epigrapher in the late Qing Dynasty.When he supervised the education of Shaanxi,he not only actively advocated the learning of Cheng and Zhu,but also attached great importance to the inheritance and development of Guan Xue.He requested the Qing government that Li Yuanchun,a former sage of Guan Xue,be included in the“Confucian Biography”and commended Guanzhong scholars He Ruilin and Yang Shuchun.He also requested that Wang Jianchang,a representative of Guan Xue in the Qing Dynasty,be worshipped at the Confucian Temple.Wu Dachen also inspired Guanzhong scholars to learn by setting up tombstones,writing inscriptions and prefaces to the works of Guan Xue scholars.In terms of measures and influence,Wu Dacheng made important contributions to the last revival of traditional Guan Xue in the late Qing Dynasty.
