Analysis on the Ideal and Belief Education of College Teachers’Party Members in the New Era

新时代对高校教师党员的理想信念教育提出了更高要求。针对部分高校教师党员理想信念弱化和党性观念较弱等问题,高校应充实理想信念教育的内容,选择科学合理的教育方式,切实提升教师党员的党性修养。加强高校党员教师理想信念教育的对策有:坚定理想信念,永葆党员的先进性;找准理想信念教育的发力点;构建基于理论和实践的理想信念教育机制。

The new era puts forward higher requirements for the ideal and belief education of college teachers’Party members.In view of the weakening of ideals and beliefs and the weak concept of party spirit of some college teachers,colleges and universities should enrich the content of ideal and belief education,select scientific and reasonable education methods,and effectively improve the party spirit cultivation of teachers’party members.The countermeasures for strengthening the ideal and belief education of party members and teachers in colleges and universities are to firm ideals and beliefs,to keep the advanced nature of Party members,to find out the strength of the ideal and belief education,and to build the mechanism of ideal and belief education based on theory and practice.
