基层图书馆内源发展动力系统及其运行机理研究

Research on the Endogenous Development Power System and Operation Mechanism of the Grassroots Library

随着乡村振兴、文旅融合、文化精准扶贫的不断推进,基层图书馆所承担的社会功能越发多样,承担的文化使命也愈加厚重,尤其是在提倡坚定文化自信、传承和弘扬优秀传统文化的新时代,基层图书馆成为提高民众文化素质、坚定民众文化自信的主要且最为广泛的文化阵地之一,因此促进其高质量发展、更加有效发挥其社会和文化功能值得深入探索。文章基于内源发展理论内涵,讨论了基层图书馆内源发展的内容和目的,梳理了基层图书馆内源发展动力系统的构成,并对其结构模式和运行特点进行了分析,以期为基层图书馆的可持续发展提供一种新的思路。

With the continuous advancement of rural revitalization,cultural and tourism integration,and cultural targeted poverty alleviation,the social functions undertaken by grassroots libraries have become more diverse,and the cultural mission assumed by them has become heavier,especially in advocating a new culture of firm cultural self-confidence,inheritance and promotion of excellent traditional culture.In the new era,grassroots libraries have become one of the main and most extensive cultural positions to improve the cultural quality of the people and strengthen their cultural self-confidence.Therefore,it is worthy of in-depth exploration to promote its high-quality development and more effectively exert its social and cultural functions.Based on the connotation of endogenous development theory,the article discusses the content and purpose of endogenous development of grassroots libraries,sorts out the composition of the endogenous development power system of grassroots libraries,and analyzes its structural model and operating mechanism,hoping to provide a new way of thinking for the sustainable development of grassroots libraries.
