云南少数民族地区具有丰富的乡规民约档案,对其进行资源建设,有利于丰富少数民族馆藏档案资源,有利于构建民族地区文明治理智库。论文阐释了云南少数民族乡规民约档案的概念、类型、特点及价值,分析了云南少数民族乡规民约档案资源建设现状,并基于此提出应对之策。

There are a large number of files about the rules and regulations of ethnic minority villages in Yunnan ethnic minority areas,and the construction of resources is conducive to enriching the archives resources of ethnic minority collections and building a think tank for the governance of ethnic areas.The thesis explains the concept,type,characteristics and value of the Yunnan Minority Township Regulations and Contracts Archives,analyzes the current situation of Yunnan Minority Township Regulations and Conventions archives resources construction,and proposes countermeasures.
