麻杏石甘三仁汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effect of Maxing Shigan Sanren Decoction in the Treatment of New Coronavirus Pneumonia

目的:观察麻杏石甘三仁汤加减治疗新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的临床疗效。方法:74例随机分为治疗组和对照组各37例,治疗组给予常规治疗(抗病毒、免疫调节剂、肠道菌群调节剂、对症治疗)联合麻杏石甘三仁汤加减,对照组给予常规治疗联合非麻杏石甘三仁汤治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组97.30%,对照组72.97%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。退热时间治疗组(2.64±1.14)天,对照组(3.31±0.68)天,咳嗽消失时间治疗组(4.77±1.25)天、对照组(6.45±2.82)天,两组退热时间和咳嗽消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:麻杏石甘三仁汤加减可缩短发热和咳嗽时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Maxing Shigan Sanren Decoction in the treatment of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19).Method:74 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,37 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with conventional treatment(antiviral,immunomodulator,intestinal flora regulator,symptomatic treatment)combined with modified Maxing Shigan Sanren Decoction while the control group were treated wtih conventional treatment combined with non-Maxing Shigan Sanren Decoction.Result:The total effective rate was 97.30%in the treatment group while that was 72.97%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Antipyretic time of the treatment group was(2.64±1.14)days while that of the control group was(3.31±0.68)days.Cough disappearance time of the treatment group was(4.77±1.25)days while that of the control group was(6.45±2.82)days.The difference was statistically significant betweeh the two groups in antipyretic time and cough disappearance time(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maxing Shigan Sanren Decoction could shorten the time of fever and cough.
