沙参麦冬汤加减辅治小儿支原体肺炎临床观察

目的:观察沙参麦冬汤加减辅治小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:90例随机分为两组各45例,两组均给予阿奇霉素静脉滴注治疗,研究组加用沙参麦冬汤加减治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沙参麦冬汤加减辅治小儿支原体肺炎可改善咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音等临床症状和体征,提高疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method:90 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were given azithromycin intravenous drip treatment,and the study group were treated with modified Shashen Maidong Decoction in addition.Result:The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adjuvant treatment of Shashen Maidong Decoction in children with mycoplasma pneumonia could improve the clinical symptoms and signs such as cough,fever,and pulmonary rales and improve the therapuetic effect.
