摘要
随着高等教育的发展,各级各部门对高校采购活动及实验室的建设越发重视,并针对高校采购活动及实验室仪器设备管理出台了一系列政策法规,但在高校实验室仪器设备采购管理中仍然存在问题。在这样的新形势下,分析高校实验室仪器设备采购管理中的采购计划、管理人员素质及审批机制方面的现状,从制度建设、专业队伍建设、档案管理及信息化建设等方面探究问题并提出解决问题建议。
With the development of higher education,all departments pay more and more attention to the procurement activities of universities and the construction of laboratories,a series of policies and regulations have issued for the procurement activities of universities and the management of laboratory equipment.However,there are still problems in the procurement management of university laboratory equipment.Under new circumstances,this essay will analyze the current situation and problems in procurement planning,management personnel quality,and approval mechanism in the procurement management of university laboratory equipment,explore and put forward suggestions to solve the problems from the aspects of system construction,professional team construction,archives management,and informatization construction.
