Exploration and Research about Application Personnel Training Model of Surveying and Mapping Engineering

对测绘工程专业人才培养模式的现状进行分析,确立西南林业大学测绘专业应用型人才培养目标。以社会需求为导向,从课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、教学条件和评价方式等方面进行探索和研究,构建符合国家注册测绘师制度的人才培养模式。新的培养模式既满足当前测绘学科发展的需要,又激发了学生的工程意识与创新思维,提高了学生对一线生产问题的分析和解决能力。

By analyzing the current situation of the personnel training mode of surveying and mapping engineering,the training target of applied talents for surveying and mapping has been established.Based on the needs of society,the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching conditions,and evaluation methods is explored and researched to establish a talent training model that conforms to the national registered surveyor system.The new training mode not only meets the needs of the current development of surveying and mapping disciplines,but also stimulates students’engineering consciousness and innovative thinking,and improves students’ability to analyze and solve first-line production problems.
