加味四君子汤联合西药治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jiawei Sijunzi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:观察加味四君子汤联合西药治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法:92例随机分为治疗组与对照组各46例,两组均予以西药治疗,治疗组加用四君子汤加味治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候总积分优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味四君子汤联合西药治疗晚期胃癌效果较好,且不良反应少。

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:92 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the treatment group were treated with Modified Sijunzi Decoction.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sijunzi Decoction combined with western medicine has a better effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,with fewer adverse reactions.
