摘要
文章通过对南靖塔下土楼青普文化行馆更新改造项目的介绍与分析,探讨传统村落历史建筑与环境再生的方法,提出一种以耦合理论为指导的福建传统村落活化路径:即以农民意愿调和为前提,以功能培植与空间利用为核心,以旅游市场的运营为动力,在当下时序中达成意愿耦合、功能耦合、风貌耦合、市场耦合、职业耦合,从而改善人居环境,恢复自然生态,实现社会、经济方面可持续发展的演进模式。
Through the introduction and analysis of the renovation project of the Tsingpu Nanjing Tulou Hotel,This paper discusses the regeneration methods of the traditional village historical architecture and environmental,and proposes an activation path for Fujian traditional village guided by the coupling theory:reconciling with the villager’s wishes,focusing on the functional cultivation and the space utilization,driven by the operation of the tourism market,in order to accomplish the willingness coupling,functional coupling,style coupling,market coupling and occupational coupling in the current time series,thereby to improve the living environment and to restore the natural ecology,finally to achieve an evolutionary model of sustainable development in society and economy.
