摘要
人口老龄化已经成为我国的基本国情,针对老龄用户对手机地图应用进行功能需求设计方面的研究,可以发现手机出行地图应用适老化提升的机会点和潜在机会。文章运用定性研究的方法,通过深度访谈、行为观察并结合目前市场上三款有代表性的手机地图应用,尝试更加准确地理解老龄用户在使用手机端地图应用产品时对功能的需求。围绕手机地图应用中日常引导、游玩娱乐探索以及安全保障三个方向的深入研究得出相关的核心功能设计策略。
Older persons are increasing virtually in our country.The application research of aging design in the field of mobile map application is great significance to search market opportunities and potential opportunities.This article will use in-depth interviews combined with three representative mobile phone map applications on the market,analysis of the needs of elderly users for mobile map application functions.According to the in-depth study of the daily guidance,play and entertainment exploration,safety and security,the related core functional design strategy is obtained.
