摘要
合作创新、内部创新是提升企业技术创新能力的两种有效形式,这两种创新模式对企业创新绩效的驱动效应是创新研究领域关注的问题。首先,在分析合作创新、内部创新与企业创新绩效关系的基础上,将合作对企业创新绩效的影响分为直接作用和间接作用,建立创新模式影响企业创新绩效的理论模型。其次,运用灰色关联度方法,基于中国工业36个行业的创新数据进行实证研究,结果表明:中国工业企业创新绩效受到内外部创新投入共同影响,内部创新对创新产出的影响比合作创新大;比较两种不同合作方式,产学研合作对企业内部创新投入影响较大,企业间合作对创新产出影响较大。最后,根据结果提出相关建议。
Cooperative innovation and internal innovation are two effective ways to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises.The driving effect of these two innovation modes on the enterprise innovation performance is a concern in the field of innovation research.Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the relation between cooperative innovation,internal innovation and enterprise performance,a theory model about how innovation mode influences the enterprise innovation performance was established.In the model,cooperative effect on the enterprise innovation performance was divided into direct effect and indirect effect.Secondly,an empirical study was constructed based on the innovation data of 36 industries in China by using the grey correlation degree method.After analyzing the empirical research results,it can be concluded that the innovation performance of Chinese industrial enterprises is jointly affected by internal and external innovation,and internal innovation has a greater impact on innovation output than cooperative innovation.Comparing two different cooperation modes,industry-university-research cooperation has a greater impact on the internal innovation input of enterprises,and inter-enterprise cooperation has a greater impact on innovation output.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward according to the results.
