大学生就业能力模型建构的研究综述

The Research Summary of College Students’ Employability Model Construction

目前大学生整体就业形势严峻,就业能力不足是造成大学生就业难的重要原因,而就业能力则是成功就业的核心影响因素。本文回顾了国内外的相关研究,对大学生就业能力模型建构的研究方法及模型建构进行了回顾和梳理。我国学者在大学生就业能力构成方面的理论探讨缺少针对性与理论创新;在操作性实践指导框架的研究上缺乏创新;大学生就业能力影响因素之间的相互关系研究较少。之后的研究可以着重构建属于我国大学生就业能力的理论体系,进一步研讨大学生就业能力的复杂构架。

At present,the overall employment situation of college students is severe,the lack of employment ability is an important reason for college students to find jobs,and the employment ability is the core factor of successful employment. This paper reviews the relevant research at home and abroad,and reviews the research methods and model construction of college students’ employability model. Chinese scholars’ theoretical discussion on the composition of college students’ employability lacks pertinence and theoretical innovation. Lack of innovation in the research of operational practice guidance framework,there are few studies on the relationship between the factors influencing college students’ employability. The following research can focus on the theoretical system of college students’ employability in China,and further study the complex framework of college students’ employability.
