Open education is a new form of education,facing a wide range of differences in the age,cultural literacy,learning conditions and learning time of education objects,which will bring certain difficulties and challenges to the management of the class teacher,leading to more problems in the management of the class teacher. Based on the meaning of open education,this paper analyzes the characteristics and importance of the management work of the class teachers in open education,and discusses in detail the problems and measures in the management,in order to provide effective reference for the management of the class teachers in follow-up open education.
