"1+X"证书制度的提出与实施是国家深化职业教育改革的一项重大举措,将重构现有职业教育人才培养体系,对各职业院校人才培养质量产生巨大且深远的影响。民办高职院校作为职业教育体系的重要组成部分,也必将参与到"1+X"证书制度改革之中,这需要各民办高职院校破除诸多办学困境,以培养学生职业可持续性发展为核心,通过加强顶层设计、统筹领导,从办学形态、教学管理制度,教师、教材、教法改革,培训资源建设等方面进行深入改革,探索出一条符合民办高职院校实施"1+X"证书制度的具体实施方案。
