Research on Service Innovation of University Library under the Background of Supply-side

文章指出了目前高校图书馆存在供需失衡的原因,提出了从服务内容、服务方式、服务环境、服务管理四个方面进行服务创新,要有高质量的给予,满足读者个性需求。

This paper points out the reasons for the imbalance of supply and demand in university libraries,and points out that service innovation should be carried out from four aspects: service content,service mode,service environment and service management,so as to meet the readers’ individual needs.
