摘要
随着"专升本"招生规模的不断扩大,此类学生的就业问题直接检验着普通本科高校应用型人才培养改革的效果。对"专升本"学生就业进行充分调研,总结问题根源。应用SWOT分析法建立研究模型,分别将影响此类学生就业内部因素与外部因素结合起来,进行组合分析,发挥"专升本"学生就业中存在的优势因素和机会因素,规避劣势因素和威胁因素,得出科学实用的解决策略,对高校职业教育改革和提升"专升本"学生就业质量都起到重要的推动作用。
With the enlargement of the enrollment scale of " college to undergraduate" students,the employment problem of such students directly tests the effect of the reform of Applied Talents Cultivation in general undergraduate colleges and universities. Make a full investigation on the employment of the students in the " college to undergraduate" and summarize the root causes of the problems. The SWOT analysis method is applied to establish the research model,which combines the internal and external factors affecting the employment of such students,carries out combination analysis,exerts the advantages and opportunities,evades the disadvantages and threats,and obtains a scientific and practical solution strategy,which plays an important role in promoting the reform of higher vocational education and improving the employment quality of the students who are transferred from colleges to universities.
