新时代退伍大学生在高校思政教育中的价值实现机制研究

Research on the Value Realization Mechanism of College Veterans in the Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

从国家层面、高校层面以及学生个体层面来看,新时代退伍大学生参与高校思想政治教育具有一定的必要性和可行性,同时主要在其中发挥着教育价值和宣传价值,但也面临着教育主体协同性弱、手段碎片化、过程分离化的现实困境,遏制了退伍大学生的价值实现。基于以上,本文主张通过开放教育结构,强化各主体间的协同;整合教育资源,促进各手段间的协同;完善教育过程,实现各因素间的协同,全面构建协同机制促进退伍大学生在高校思政教育中实现价值最大化。

From the perspective of national level,university level and individual student level,the participation of veteran college students in ideological and political education in universities in the new era is necessary and feasible. At the same time,it mainly exerts educational value and publicity value,but also faces the reality dilemma of weak coordination of education subject,fragmentation of means and separation of process,which has suppressed the realization of the value of veteran college students. Based on the above,this article advocates strengthening the collaboration among all subjects through an open education structure;integrating educational resources and promoting collaboration among various means;improving the education process,achieving collaboration among various factors,and building a comprehensive coordination mechanism to promote veterans’ thinking in colleges and universities to maximize value in political education.
