摘要 随着近年来国家对学前教育的重视,全国各地幼儿园都在进行幼儿教师职后培训,大力加强师资队伍的建设,提升师资力量,促进学前教育事业的发展。不同地区的幼儿教师培训工作都取得了成效,幼儿教师培训也在不断改革和发展中逐渐被关注和重视,但是改革后的幼儿教师培训中也存在着一些问题,在幼儿教师职后培训课程中内容的安排,多种形式的培训形式开展和培训的针对性和有效性结果等都存在有一些不足之处,如部分地区幼儿教师由于地域等诸多因素参与培训学习的机较少会,部分教师培训需求得不到满足,部分培训流于形式,培训课程和模式不成体系等,面对这些问题,必须探索幼儿教师职后培训的有效策略。 With the attention paid by the state to preschool education in recent years,kindergartens are being carried out all over the country. After-service training of preschool teachers,it vigorously strengthens the construction of teaching staff,enhances the strength of teachers,and promotes the development of preschool education. The training of preschool teachers in different regions has achieved results. The training of preschool teachers is also being paid more and more attention and improved,but there are many problems in the training of preschool problems. For example,some preschool teachers in some regions have fewer opportunities to participate in training and learning due to regional and other factors,some teacher training needs cannot be met,some training is just a form,training courses and modes are not systematic,etc. In the face of these problems,it is necessary to explore effective strategies for after-service training of preschool teachers.
