新时代音乐文化教育战略具有新的时代意义和挑战。研究采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对新时代音乐文化教育战略、时代特色、途径等进行深入探究,在中国梦的思维范式下努力探求音乐文化教育战略的基本发展理路。研究发现:新时代的音乐教育思想和理念是对马克思主义教育思想的继承和发扬,音乐文化教育战略价值首先具有全局性和未来发展性,其基本内涵在于对学校音乐教育、社会音乐教育、家庭音乐教育的协调统一,做到普及与提高的辩证关系是音乐文化教育战略价值的根本实现路径。
