农村水利灌溉管理中的问题与思考

Considerations on irrigation management in rural areas

水资源匮乏已成为阻碍我国农业发展的一个重要因素,农村水利灌溉管理可以有效提高水资源利用,为农民增收,保障国家农业发展。笔者指出了目前我国水利灌溉管理中存在的一系列问题,并针对问题提出了解决方案。

The lack of water resources has become an important factor hindering the agricultural development in China.Proper irrigation management in rural areas can effectively improve the utilization of water resources,increase farmers'income,and lay a solid foundation for the agricultural development.The author pointed out a series of problems existing in the irrigation management in China at present,and put forward solutions to these problems.
