摘要
本研究旨在对某管理学院工商管理本科专业零售管理课程翻转学习的效果进行评估。该课程中消费者价值传递及运营管理的相关内容被翻转,重新设计后的模式从以教师为中心转变为以学生为中心,包括多种的课前和课内主动学习。2015年对传统组(N=156)和2016年对翻转组(N=162)进行了相同的客观结构化考核和多选题考试,并将考试结果进行比较。结果显示翻转组的学习效果明显改善,学生的知识和技能评估都显著提高。
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the flipped teaching model outcomes of retail management course in major of the undergraduate business administration in a school of management.The contents related to consumer value delivering and operation management module have been flipped from teacher-centered to student-centered form,including a variety of active learning before and during class.In 2015,the results of the same objective structured exam and multiple-choice exam from traditional group and the flipped group were in comparison.The study shows that the learning outcome of the flip group were significantly improved as wells as the students’knowledge and skill acquisition.
