陶行知教育思想对当代师范教育的借鉴价值及实现路径研究

Research on the Reference Value and Realization Path of Tao Xingzhi’s Educational Thought on Contemporary Normal Education

陶行知教育思想对我国师范教育具有深远影响,其教育理论涉及社会各个领域。他所创建的师范教育思想为当代师范生的培养提供了导向。文章从生活教育、教学做合一、乡村教育和师范教育等四方面进行回顾,坚持教育联系生活、扩大教育范围、培养学生做真人、关注乡村师范教育等真知灼见对培养乡村骨干教师、促进城乡教育均衡发展具有借鉴价值;继而提出从改革师范教育体制、承担继续教育责任、构建实践课程体系、实施"小先生制"、"艺友制"等路径践行陶先生的师范教育思想。

Tao Xingzhi’s educational thought has an unprecedented influence in China.His educational theory involves all fields of society.The normal education thought he created provides guidance for the cultivation of contemporary students in normal universities.This paper reviews Tao Xingzhi’s educational thoughts from four aspects:life education,teaching and doing unity,rural education and normal education.It finds out that the profound thoughts about education persisting in linking education with life;expanding the scope of education;training students to be real people;and paying attention to rural normal education can be well applied to cultivate rural key teachers and enhance the balance of urban-rural education development.Therefore this paper proposes measures to reform the system of teacher education and establish an integrated training system for teacher education;to improve the structure of teacher education and assume the responsibility of the Continuing education;and to construct a system of practical courses,to realize the integration of teaching and doing;to study and implement the ways of"little teacher system"and"teach-friendly system".
