茶与咖啡的远缘嫁接试验研究

摘要 茶与咖啡是当今世界上2种最受欢迎的饮料,其主要成分有很多相似性。茶是云南的支柱产业之一,咖啡近年来成为云南省的新兴产业。为研究茶与咖啡的新品种,将茶树和咖啡树互作砧木进行远缘嫁接,经多组嫁接试验,发现远缘嫁接中存在假活现象,最长可持续10个月,嫁接的不亲合性和是否在嫁接过程中有物质交流,尚待进一步研究。 Tea and coffee are two of the most popular drinks in the world,and their main ingredients have many similarities.Tea is one of the pillar industries in Yunnan Province,and coffee has become a new industry in Yunnan Province in recent years.In order to study the new varieties of tea and coffee,tea and coffee trees were used as root-stocks for distant grafting.After several groups of grafting experiments,it was found that the phenomenon of false living existed in distant grafting,which lasted for up to 10 months.The incompatibility of grafting and whether there was material exchange in the process of grafting needed further study.
