长输热网系统大型板式换热器阵列运行与维护探析

Analysis on operation and maintenance of large plate heat exchanger array in long distance heating network system

本文结合太古长输热网系统工程,对大型板式换热器阵列运行现状及性能进行评价,分析换热性能降低机理。从水质提升、换热器清洗等方面提出一系列的换热性能改善方法,同时确定清洗合格判定标准;按照供热系统运行期、停运期不同阶段,提出针对换热器阵列相应的运行、维护操作要点,对提高换热器阵列运行的经济性、安全性具有重要意义。

In this paper,the operation status and performance of large plate heat exchanger array are evaluated,and the mechanism of heat transfer performance reduction is analyzed.From the aspects of water quality improvement and plate heat exchanger cleaning,a series of methods for improving heat exchange performance are proposed,and the criteria for qualified cleaning are determined.According to different stages of operation period and outage period,corresponding operation and maintenance operation points for heat exchanger array are proposed,which is of great significance to improve the economy and safety of heat exchanger array operation.
