摘要
成果导向视角下学前教育实习课程存在的问题主要包括课程目标定位不清晰,缺乏发展性;课程内容缺乏目标导引,未能有效聚焦预期学习成果;课程实施缺乏规范化的指导与管理;课程评价形式化,难以科学评估课程目标的达成度等。建议高校建构聚焦成果、具体可测量的学前教育实习课程目标;重构模块化、具体可操作的学前教育实习课程内容;探索协同指导、持续改进的学前教育实习课程实施方式;建立多元评价、结果认证的学前教育实习课程评价体系。
The problems in preschool education major practicum course with the perspective of OBE mainly include unclear course goals,lack of development,lack of aims,lack of standardized instruction and administration in the implementation of the practicum course,and formalization of course assessment.It is suggested that colleges and universities should focus on preschool education major practicum course goals that can be measured,reconstruct practicum course contents that can be operated in class,explore implementation methods for practicum course,and establish multiple system of assessment and achievements identification for preschool education major practicum course.
