摘要
本文以含油钻屑为主要原料,添加适当调质剂,采用烧结法制备多孔陶瓷滤料,凝结剂含量为5%、造孔剂为10%、增强剂为12%、烧结温度为1050℃、保温时间为60 min的条件下,制备出了气孔率为24.43%~57.11%,耐碱性为99.96%,耐酸性为92.22%的多孔陶瓷材料,其浸出液的色度、腐蚀性、重金属含量均符合国家标准;以Cr(Ⅵ)为吸附对象,配制含Cr模拟废水,考察多孔陶瓷作为吸附剂的吸附性能,当溶液pH值为5、陶瓷材料加入量为60 g/L、Cr初始浓度为80 mg/L、吸附时间为300 min时,能够达到多孔陶瓷的最大吸附效率。本文在制备出环境友好型产品的同时,实现了废物资源化利用。
In this paper,oil drilling cuttings were taken as main raw material,appropriate conditioner was added,and sintered to produce porous ceramic filter material.Under the condition of holding time of 60 min,and the content of coagulant is 5%,the pore-forming agent is 10%,the reinforcing agent is 12%,the sintering temperature is1050℃,the porosity of the porous ceramic material is 24.43%to 57.11%,and alkali resistance is 99.96%,the acid resistance is 92.22%.The color,corrosion and heavy metal content of the leaching solution all meet the national standards;with Cr(Ⅵ)as the adsorption object,preparing simulated wastewater containing Cr,and investigating the adsorption performance of porous ceramics as an adsorbent.Under the condition of absorbing time is300 min,and the pH of the solution is 5,the addition amount of the ceramic material is 60 g/L,the initial concentration of Cr is 80 mg/L,the maximum adsorption efficiency of porous ceramics can be achieved.In this paper,the environmental friendly products were prepared and the waste resources were utilized.
