摘要
磁体周围空间中介质的存在会改变磁体周围磁场的分布,以环形粘结钕铁硼磁体为对象,通过有限元分析的方法,分析了不同尺寸的聚磁环对环形磁体磁性能的影响。通过合理的选择聚磁环结构,可以使得磁体周围磁场在特定点集中,提高磁体磁性能利用率。
The existence of magnetic medium in the space around the magnet will change the distribution of magnetic field around the magnet,in this paper,the annular bonded Nd-Fe-B magnet is taken as the object of study.Through finite element analysis method,the paper analysis the influence of different Dimensions of annular medium on magnetic properties of annular bonded NdFeB magnet.By reasonably choosing the structure of the ring for gathering magnetic field,the magnetic field around the magnet can be concentrated at specific points,and the utilization ratio of magnetic properties of the magnet can be improved.
