摘要
此处提出一种带有宽输出范围的高效LCC谐振变换器参数优化设计方法,采用改进基波分析法对谐振变换器进行原理分析,基于此得到谐振参数与导通角、输入阻抗角和开关频率的关系曲线,以此选择谐振参数。在磁芯结构选型中,采用部分交错结构增加初级和次级的耦合,降低了寄生电容和漏感,减小了损耗。所提变换器通过采用新型开关器件和高频变压器,具有输出电压宽、电压应力低和软开关的特性,适用于高频、宽输出及大功率场合。最后搭建了一台400~800 V输出、输出功率500 W的样机,满负荷时最高效率可达96%。实验结果和理论分析吻合较好,验证了所提谐振变换器理论分析和参数设计的正确性。
An efficient LCC resonant converter parameter optimization design method with wide output range is proposed.The principle of the resonant converter is analyzed by improved fundamental analysis method.Based on this,the relationship curves between resonant parameters and conduction angle,input impedance angle and switching frequency are obtained and the resonant parameters are selected.In the selection of magnetic core structure,a partial staggered structure is adopted to increase the coupling between the primary side and the secondary side,reduce parasitic capacitance,leakage inductance and loss.The proposed converter has the characteristics of wide output voltage,low voltage stress and soft switching by adopting a novel switching device and a high frequency transformer and is suitable for high frequency wide output and high-power occasions.Finally,a prototype with 400-800 V output and 500 W output power is designed and the maximum efficiency can reach 96%at full load.The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis which verifies the correctness of the theoretical analysis and parameter design of the proposed resonant converter.
