40.5 kV开关柜穿柜套管电场分析与屏蔽极板结构优化 被引量:7

摘要 文中以40.5 kV典型双屏蔽结构穿柜套管为研究对象。利用三维有限元分析软件,建立了40.5 kV开关柜母线室的三维仿真模型。考虑了柜体、母排、触头盒、支撑绝缘子、金属隔板等不同部件对穿柜套管电位、电场分布的影响规律,计算了40.5 kV穿柜套管的电位、电场分布。利用电场解析法分析了双屏蔽结构穿柜套管的电场分布规律,优化提出了合理的穿柜套管双屏蔽结构方案,有效改善了穿柜套管内部的电场分布。文中的研究成果提升了穿柜套管的绝缘水平,有效解决了开关柜母线室穿柜套管局部绝缘能力不足的问题,提高了设备运行可靠性。 In this paper,the 40.5 kV cabinet bushing with tipical double shield structure has been taken as the re-search object,the computation model of bus room in 40.5 kV gas insulated switchgear cabinet has been established by using 3D finite element analysis sofeware.The influence from cabinet shell,busbar,contact box,post insulator and metal partition that on the potential and electric field distribution of cabinet bushing has been considered.The po-tential and electric field distribution of 40.5 kV cabinet bushing has been computed.The electric field distribution reg-ularity of cabinet bushing with double shield structure has been analyzed by electric field analytical method.A reason-able scheme of double shield structure for cabinet bushing has been put forward,which could effectively improve the electric field distribution inside the cabinet bushing.The research results of this paper improve the insulation level of the bushing through the cabinet,effectively solve the problem of insufficient local insulation capacity of the bushing through the cabinet in the bus room of the switchgear,and improve the operation reliability of the equipment.
