摘要 作为电力系统终端设备之一,断路器起着控制、调节和保护作用,其可靠性水平对电力系统的稳定产生重要的影响。断路器可靠性研究的重点在于机械可靠性。针对真空断路器的机械可靠性研究问题,为了更充分地利用断路器失效的过程信息,文中采用基于退化的可靠性建模方法,对6台12 kV永磁机构真空断路器做了数万次退化试验,采用主成分分析法确定了超程为退化量来建立退化过程模型。根据超程退化数据,分别采用正态分布和Weibull分布建立退化分布模型,计算得到了相应的模型参数,并给出了可靠度函数和可靠度对比曲线。 As one of the terminal devices of the power system,the circuit breaker plays a role of control,regulation and protection,and its reliability level has an important influence on the stability of the power system.The focus of circuit breaker reliability research is on mechanical reliability.In order to make full use of the process information of the circuit breaker failure,this paper uses the degradation⁃based reliability modeling method to make tens of thou⁃sands of degradations test on six 12 kV permanent magnet mechanism vacuum circuit breakers.In the experiment,the principal component analysis method was used to determine the overtravel as the degradation amount to establish the degradation process model.According to the over⁃travel degradation data,the normal distribution and the Weibull distribution are used to establish the degradation distribution model respectively.The corresponding model parame⁃ters are obtained and the reliability function and reliability comparison curve are given.
