基于飞行时间—高度图谱的126 kV GIS异物检测分析 被引量:5

摘要 气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备的内部异物缺陷是影响变电站安全运行的重要缺陷类型之一,现场带电检测采用的超声波及特高频等局部放电检测手段能够实现异物缺陷的检测,但无法有效判断设备内部异物特性。文中对某126 kV GIS异物微粒检测案例进行分析,分析脉冲图谱与自由导电微粒放电的关联性,开展异物微粒受力情况理论分析,建立微粒的动力学模型,利用数值仿真获取GIS内异物微粒运动轨迹的仿真结果,从而提出飞行时间—高度图谱,建立典型异物微粒的飞行时间—高度图谱库。实验及现场GIS解体结果表明该图谱库可以反映微粒飞行特征,实验飞行图谱与仿真结果、案例图谱一致,验证了飞行时间—高度图谱能够有效预判GIS内部异物缺陷的状态信息。 The defect of foreign matter in gas insulated metal enclosed switchgear is one of the important defect types that affect the safe operation of the substation.The ultrasonic and UHF partial discharge detection methods used in the on⁃site live detection can realize the detection of foreign particle defect,but can not effectively judge the charac⁃teristics of foreign particle in the equipment.In this paper,takes a 126 kV GIS foreign particle as the detection case,analyzes the relationship between pulse pattern and free conducting particle discharge,carries out the theoretical analysis of the force on the foreign particles,establishes the dynamic model of the particles,obtains the simulation re⁃sults of the movement track of the foreign particles in GIS by using numerical simulation,thus puts forward the flight time⁃altitude map,and establishes the flight time altitude map library of the typical foreign particles.The results of experiments and field GIS disintegration show that the map library can reflect the flying characteristics of particles,and the experimental flight map library is consistent with the simulation results and case map library,which proves that the flight time altitude atlas can effectively predict the state information of foreign particle defects in GIS.
