高质量城镇化下浙江省城市群格局新态势研究 被引量:2

A STUDY ON THE NEW TREND OF URBAN AGGLOMERATION PATTERN IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF HIGH QUALITY URBANIZATION

摘要 新时代背景下,随着我国社会主要矛盾的转变,国家经济发展空间结构发生着深刻变化,浙江省的城镇化发展进入了"诺瑟姆曲线"的后期阶段。通过分析提炼新时代高质量城镇化包含的数量与质量并重、城市群成为城镇化发展主要形态、中心城市能级提升是关键、通勤圈与创新圈联动发展、国际化特征更加凸显等新特征,总结浙江省"小城镇-县域经济-县城经济-城市群-都市区"的城镇空间演变规律,分析浙江省城市群发展格局存在的问题和挑战,提出未来浙江省高质量城镇化下的城市群格局新态势,主要包括双极引领、都市区分级、轴带均衡、全域一体化发展等方面,以期为国土空间规划工作提供借鉴。 Under the background of the new era,with the transformation of the principal contradiction in the society of China,the spatial structure of national economic development has undergone profound changes,and the urbanization development of Zhejiang Province has entered the later development stage of“Northam Curve”.By analyzing and refining the new characteristics of high quality urbanization in the new era,such as equal emphasis on quantity and quality,urban agglomerations becoming the main form of urbanization,the key of improving the energy level of the central city,the integrated development of commuting circle and the innovation circle,the increasingly prominent international characteristics,this paper summarizes the urban spatial evolution law of“small town-county territory economy-county town economy-urban agglomeration.metropolitan area”in Zhejiang Province.And it also analyzes the existing problems and challenges lying in the development pattern of urban agglomeration faced by Zhejiang Province,before putting forward the new trend of urban agglomeration pattern in the future under the background of high quality urbanization,which mainly includes two cores guiding,metropolitan area classification,balanced pattern of axis-based development,global integrated development,etc.,so as to provide reference for the territorial and spatial planning.
