摘要
在WebGIS提供丰富的网络地理空间信息服务的基础上,采用JavaScript语言,利用标绘符号建模和信息实时推送等技术,设计并实现了应急协同会商系统,为各救援单位提供统一的灾情分析、在线商讨和辅助决策的跨平台化工具,最大限度共享救援资源、缩短救援时间、提高应急救援效率。
Based on rich network geospatial information service provided by WebGIS,JavaScript,plotting symbol modeling and informationreal-time pushing are used to realize the design and implementation of system of emergency collaborative consultation,providing a cross-platform for each rescue unitwith unified disaster analysis,online discussion and assistance and decision making,which maximize sharing of rescue resources,shorten rescue time,and improve emergency rescue efficiency.
