摘要
地方院校公费师范生是中小学教师队伍的“预备人才”,对未来教育事业的发展起着重要作用。公费师范生学习动力是刺激学习的关键诱因,也是提高教育质量的关键要素之一。本文通过对地方院校福建师范大学小学教育公费师范生和非公费师范生学习动力的调查,采用理论分析和实证研究方法,探析影响公费师范生学习动力的相关因素,并对激励公费师范生学习提出建议。
Public-funded normal college students in local colleges and universities are the“preparatory talents”of teachers in primary and secondary schools and play an important role in the future education.The motivation of publicfunded normal college students is the key inducement to stimulate learning and one of the key factors to improve the quality of education.The paper,based on the investigation of the learning motivation of the public-funded normal college students and the non-public-funded normal college students in the primary education specialty of Fujian Normal University,analyzes the relevant factors that affect the learning motivation of the public-funded normal students by using theoretical analysis and empirical research methods and puts forward some suggestions to encourage the public-funded normal students to learn well.
