清热解毒药抗H9N2 AIV研究进展

Research Progress on the anti-H9N2 AIV effect of Chinese medicine for heat-clearing and detoxifying

H9N2亚型禽流感病毒(AIV)属于正黏病毒科、流感病毒属A型,可引起呼吸道、消化道等病变为主的高度接触性急性传染病。禽类感染H9N2 AIV后免疫应答减弱,从而引起继发感染。近年来,H9N2亚型禽流感的危害日益严重,已成为制约禽类养殖业发展的重要疾病之一。中草药在我国有着十分悠久的历史,在治疗禽流感方面具有诸多独特的优势。清热解毒中药能够显著抑制禽流感病毒并增强机体的免疫力,已经被广泛应用于临床。对近年清热解毒中药抗H9N2 AIV研究进行综述,为此病毒的防治提供参考。

H9N2 subtype avian influenza virus(AIV)belongs to oryxoviridae family and influenza virus belongs to type A,which can cause acute infectious diseases with high contact mainly in the respiratory tract and digestive tract.Poultry infection with H9N2 AIV weakens the immune response,causing secondary infection.In recent years,the harm of H9N2 subtype avian influenza has become increasingly serious and has become one of the important diseases restricting the development of poultry breeding industry.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history in China and has many unique advantages in the treatment of avian influenza.Chinese medicine for heat-clearing and detoxifying can significantly inhibit avian influenza virus and enhance immunity,and has been widely used in clinical practice.This paper reviews the research on the anti-h9n2 AIV of Chinese medicine for heat-clearing and detoxifying in recent years,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of the virus.
